Tell the Senate - Stop the PRO Act in Committee!

Unfortunately, the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act (S. 420/H.R. 842) has passed the House on a partisan vote, and has moved on to the Senate. This "Big Labor" wish list, which has been compiled over the last decade, would systematically and fundamentally alter labor law in favor of unions at the expense of the rights of employees and employers alike. Although supporters of the PRO Act claim it will help workers organize, the bill actually infringes on employee rights and privacy, violates employers’ right to due process, deregulates union activity, and limits opportunities to achieve the American dream.

Despite previous industry opposition, NEXT THURSDAY, July 22nd, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee is voting on whether to move the PRO Act to the full chamber. Now is our last chance to make our objections known before the bill hits the floor.

Time to make your voice heard is running out. Take Action NOW and help us STOP THE PRO ACT.

Please go to the Action Center TODAY and submit our pre-written letter to tell the committee to vote against the PRO Act. It will take only a few minutes but could help save workers and businesses at a time when our economy can least afford this ill-advised legislation.
